Exhibition, advertising and sponsors

The exhibition will be held at Oslo Congress Centre.

Stand fee NOK 15.000,- + 25% VAT
The standard size is 2 x 3m floor space and includes 1 table, electrical outlet, chairs and internet connection.

There are no partition walls included and no possibilities to hire this at the venue. Exhibitors need to bring all necessarry equipement for their exhibition.

Exhibitor badges
3 exhibitor badges are included per stand.
The exhibitor badges give access to the exhibition area and the scientific program and includes Conference material, Get-together and reception at the City Hall.

Each representative (max 3 persons per 2 x 3m stand) must be registered on a separate registration form to book a badge and a hotel room. The stand fee should be registered to one of these representatives.

Exhibition registration/help desk
The exhibition registration/help desk will be available at the registration counter in Oslo Congress Centre during set-up, the entire exhibition period and break down.
